As an experienced, and engaging speaker, Richard is available for book retailer, library, and major events either as a keynote or panellist, and for interview.

Presentation fees & conditions

Face-to-face events are subject to availability. The event host may be required to provide additional funds to support interstate travel.

Presentation fees do not apply for in-store retailer events.

For libraries only, presentation fees for 2024-25 are as follows:

1. Online events less than 2-hours are $99.95 [plus GST]
2. Face-to-face events at the library and less than 2-hours are $250.00 [plus GST]

Event booking terms & conditions

1. 852 Press authors can be booked for in-store retailer, library, and major events. Presentation fees apply for library events [online events $99.95 plus GST, and in library face-to-face events $250 plus GST]. The author receives 100% of the presentation fee.
2. 852 Press will promote the event through our networks, social media, and website subscribers and can provide marketing copy, high-resolution photos and e-graphics.
3. 852 Press is permitted to promote and sell its books and services at the event.
4. Face-to-face events are subject to availability. The library or event host may be required to provide additional funds to support interstate travel.
5. 852 Press is an imprint of Corven Pty Ltd [ABN 14 129 605 072]. Corven Pty Ltd will invoice the library or event host immediately following the event. Payment via bank transfer due 14-days on receipt of dated invoice. The invoice will be in Australian dollars.
6. On receiving an event booking request, 852 Press will confirm event details with the event host in writing and facilitate an introduction to the author. 852 Press can also conduct a pre-event briefing with event coordinators.
7. The event host can order author titles from their preferred distributor. 852 Press titles are listed with IngramSpark, the major library distributors, and can be purchased direct from 852 Press.
